Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy
At Maayu’s, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.
If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 7 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.
Conditions for Returns
✔ Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
✔ Items must include original tags.
✔ Items must be returned in its original packaging with all the parts including the original receipt. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
✔ If the items are returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
In case of return inside Kathmandu valley, return process will initiate within 1-2 business days from the date of return request. The details of refund can be checked in refund policy section.
In case of return for places outside valley, reverse pick up time would be 3-7 business days, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the pickup of your product due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Maayu’s is not liable and would request the users to cooperate as Maayu’s continuously tries to reduce such instances. * Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Maayu’s shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
* Please fill the Returns Form or send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with order ID and brief description of return. We will contact you back for return.
Return Request Form
Our Exchange Policy
In case you face any issues with the product, such as damaged product, defective product, or any size issue, you may request for an exchange of the product within 7 days exchange window after the delivery of the product.
Follow the same steps as the Returns Flow and submit the Exchange Request.
We will validate the request. Once approved, we will attempt to pickup of the original product(s). Please note that the product should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
Once the original product(s) has been received at our facility and the quality check has been carried out, the exchanged product will be shipped to your address.
In case of exchange, no refund will be initiated.
If the product is not eligible for an exchange after delivery due to any eligible reasons, such as the desired product size is out of stock, the return pickup for the product is unavailable, or any other similar reason, you may initiate return request for the product within 7 days after delivery of the product. Our Refund Policy
In the case of returns, the refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back in our facility and have completed all the quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
In the case of exchange, the refund will not be processed and, instead, the exchanged product will be shipped to the customer only once the original product has been returned.
The shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
