How to Place an Order?

Step 1: Select the item that you wanted to order

Step 2: Select the size and then click on “ADD TO BAG” or “BUY NOW”

Note: By clicking “Buy Now” it will proceed to checkout. 

Step 3: View Cart or Continue Shopping

  • Click on Cart (Bag) icon to proceed with checkout or continue shopping to check other items to add.

Step 4: Order details

  • In coupon area you can enter the promotional coupon code if any to avail the extra discount

Step 5:Proceed to Checkout to confirm the order

Step 6: Enter Billing Address & Select mode of payment to confirm the order.

  • Select “Cash on Delivery”: To pay cash while accepting delivery
  • Select “E-sewa”: To pay with esewa wallet
  • Select “Khalti”: To pay with Khalti wallet, Inter Banking, Mobile Banking, SCT Card and Connect IPS.
  • Select ” Bank Transfer”: To transfer or deposit to our bank account manually.

Note: If delivery address is different to billing address then select “Ship to different address” and enter the details

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

After check out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that order has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id, and very soon we are starting an SMS alert to your registered mobile number confirming the order. 

How do I check my order status?

We will ship your package within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will also mail you the name details of your consignment to your registered email address. In case you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of placing an order please check your spam folder. You can also check status from track your order option.

Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?

You can place your order by just providing us with your email address. However, it is recommended that you register with us in order to receive timely offers and also to maintain your Wishlist and account & address details.

Do you'll deliver products outside Kathmandu?

Yes, we do delivery all major cities outside of Kathmandu valley with minimal delivery charges. For more information about cities and charges please refer to shipping policy.

How long will it take to receive my orders?

The delivery time would be within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Saturday and other holidays) within Kathmandu Valley. Outside Kathmandu will take 2 to 4 days depends on cities and nearest airport.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery person will call you to confirm the availability and delivers the orders as per your convenient time, so always provide the mobile number while ordering to avoid the delays. 

What is your Return Policy?

We have a 7 days return policy for Clothes & Footwear

What options do I have while making payment?

We accepts payments by Cash on Delivery (COD), Esewa, Khalti and Debit/Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard).
