After check out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that order has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id, and very soon we are starting an SMS alert to your registered mobile number confirming the order.
We will ship your package within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will also mail you the name details of your consignment to your registered email address. In case you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of placing an order please check your spam folder. You can also check status from track your order option.
You can place your order by just providing us with your email address. However, it is recommended that you register with us in order to receive timely offers and also to maintain your Wishlist and account & address details.
No, as of now we do delivery within Kathmandu valley only, but very soon we will start delivery to other cities too. Our website is accessible to all and we do take orders from around the world provided the shipping address is in Kathmandu.
The delivery time would be within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Saturday and other holidays).
Shipping charges is free within Kathmandu valley.
Our delivery person will call you to confirm the availability and delivers the orders as per your convenient time, so always provide the mobile number while ordering to avoid the delays.
